In this four week series you will learn the ancient Chinese practice of qigong to bring more energy and vitality to your life. Through intentional movements you’ll tap into your body’s innate healing energy, releasing stress and tension while restoring balance and harmony. You can expect to activate, mobilize, stretch, strengthen, and relax your body from a standing or seated position. Each session is designed to encourage the free flow of energy, promoting a clear mind and resilient body. Whether you're looking to increase energy, reduce stress, or simply feel more at home in your body, qigong offers a holistic approach to wellness that nurtures your entire being. No prior experience necessary, all are welcome.
